Introduction

If you no longer wish to use ZellMarket, you can permanently delete your account. This action is irreversible, so be sure before proceeding.

Before you delete

• Withdraw any remaining balance from your account.
• Download invoices and receipts for your records.
• Cancel active subscriptions.

Steps to delete your account

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm by entering your password.
4. Click Delete. Your account will be permanently removed.

What happens after deletion

• You lose access to all purchases and downloads.
• Your profile and seller listings are removed from the marketplace.
• This action cannot be undone.

Tip

If you just need a break, consider disabling your account temporarily instead of deleting it permanently.
