I have recently purchased this wellness tracker and I must say it's a solid app option for anyone looking to track and improve their health and lifestyle habits. The application is built on the Flutter framework, which makes it highly intuitive and user-friendly. My experience with the app has been mostly positive, with the interface being sleek and easy to navigate. Moreover, the range of functionalities it offers is quite impressive.
This application enables you to personally monitor several wellness measures. It provides metrics such as exercise duration, nutrition intake, calories burned, sleep cycle, mindfulness activity, and much more. I have really enjoyed being able to safely store and monitor my data in one place. Not only that, but it also presents all tracked data into easy-to-understand week-by-week graphs, which I found significantly helpful in identifying trends or patterns in my habits.
In terms of improvement, while the app provides a variety of useful tools and metrics, there are times when it lags a bit. I have encountered several instances of delayed data syncing. Also, there have been a couple of small bugs where the app freezes or crashes unexpectedly. However, they happened infrequently and I believe they can be easily rectified with a software update.
The tracking features can also be a bit more flexible and personalized. For instance, I own a bike and swim regularly but the app doesn't have provisions to efficiently track these. More features that acknowledge a wider array of physical activities would definitely be beneficial.
