The board starts with two numbered tiles.

When two tiles with the same number collide, they merge into one tile with double the value (e.g., 2 + 2 = 4).
Keep merging tiles to build higher numbers — 8 → 16 → 32 → … → 2048.
The game ends when there are no empty spaces left and no possible merges.
