If you discover a bug in a purchased product, reporting it helps sellers improve and ensures future buyers don’t face the same issue.

Steps to report a bug

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to the product page and click Contact Seller.
  3. Describe the bug clearly, including steps to reproduce it.
  4. Attach screenshots or error logs if possible.

When to contact support

If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time, report the issue to ZellMarket via the Support Center.
