Eligible for refund

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, you can request a refund for the duplicate.
  • Not as described: If the product differs significantly from its description, you may qualify.
  • Technical issue: If the product cannot be used due to a fault the seller cannot resolve.

Not eligible for refund

  • Change of mind or no longer needed.
  • Compatibility issues clearly listed on the product page but ignored before purchase.
  • Downloaded and modified products.

Important notes

Refunds are reviewed individually. Buyers must provide clear evidence, such as screenshots or error logs. Sellers may also be contacted during the review.
