Steps to request a refund

  1. Log into your ZellMarket account.
  2. Go to Support Center and click Open Request.
  3. Select Billing → Refund as the category.
  4. Enter your order ID and explain the issue clearly.
  5. Attach evidence (screenshots, error logs, correspondence with seller).
  6. Submit the request.

Review process

Our support team reviews each request within 2–5 business days. Both buyer and seller may be contacted for more details.

  • Always provide your order ID—it’s required to locate your purchase.
  • Include as much evidence as possible to speed up resolution.
