Steps to request a refund
- Log into your ZellMarket account.
- Go to Support Center and click Open Request.
- Select Billing → Refund as the category.
- Enter your order ID and explain the issue clearly.
- Attach evidence (screenshots, error logs, correspondence with seller).
- Submit the request.
Review process
Our support team reviews each request within 2–5 business days. Both buyer and seller may be contacted for more details.
